This recipe is adapted from one I saw in The Health-Promoting Cookbook, by Alan Goldhamer


  • 2 apples, cored and thinly sliced
  • 2 pears, cored and thinly sliced
  • 1 quart of strawberries, thinly sliced
  • 2 cupsĀ Granola
  • 6 ounces of Pineapple juice


  • Preheat oven to 350 while you core and prepare the fruit
  • Layer the fruit in an 8×8 baking dish
  • Cover fruit with the granola
  • Pour pineapple juice over the granola evenly
  • Bake for 30 minutes
