This is ultra easy, but takes planning.

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats (not instant or quick cooking)
  • 1/2 cup plant milk (rice, soy, almond, hemp) flavored or plain
  • 1/4 cup raisins or dried berries
  • dash of cinnamon

Mix everything in a container with a lid, and refrigerate overnight.  In the morning, you can serve cold or reheat in the microwave.

I tend to make this for lunch more than breakfast for my little guy.  He loves it.
