This recipe is adapted from one I saw in The Health-Promoting Cookbook, by Alan Goldhamer
Ingredients
- 2 apples, cored and thinly sliced
- 2 pears, cored and thinly sliced
- 1 quart of strawberries, thinly sliced
- 2 cupsĀ Granola
- 6 ounces of Pineapple juice
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 while you core and prepare the fruit
- Layer the fruit in an 8×8 baking dish
- Cover fruit with the granola
- Pour pineapple juice over the granola evenly
- Bake for 30 minutes
