Inspiring Healthy Living Through Nutrition and Exercise

Surprisingly, I enjoy more energy and vibrant health in my late 40s and early 50’s than in my 20s. After my son was born I couldn’t take off the baby weight. I started learning about nutrition by accident. When it became a passion, I  became a Certified Personal Trainer as well as a Nutrition Educator. I love helping women take the mystery out of working out and creating a healthier lifestyle and a more fit body. I also love helping moms learn how to best feed their families.
